We are happy to recommend housing from among a wide range of options to suit your unique preferences and goals.

Below are the descriptions of the housing options available. Almost all of these locations are within a short walk of the studios, near the center of Tetouan. All of them must pass our strict evaluation before being endorsed by us as a place for our guests to sleep. We won’t recommend anywhere we wouldn’t put our own family!

All options are subject to availability and seasonal changes. We have excellent relationships with our partnering housing providers and they extend reduced rates to our artists. Due to discounts given by our providers the cost is usually cheaper than if you were to book it without mentioning Green Olive Arts.

Private Apartments:

1-4 bedroom apartment, fully furnished

AiRs are welcome to use the laundry machine at Green Olive Arts, though some apartments may have them.

AiR rate – Between $500-$1000 (€400-€800) per month* [weekly rates from around $200]

Within a 10 minute walk from studio, near town center, we have a number of options, but they are subject to availability.

• Dar Impaka Studio – Studio apartment, 1 Bathroom, mini-kitchen,

• Dar Impaka 2 – 2 bedroom (1 double bed, other bunkbed), 1

  bathroom, small kitchen, salon, washer, wifi. video tour

• Dar Anwal – 2 bedroom, (1 double bed, other 3 single beds) 1

• Dar Zawiya – 2 bedroom, 2.5 private bathrooms, mini-kitchen,

• Other potential apartments are also available.

Home-stay with a Moroccan Family:

1 private bedroom, or bedroom shared with family member of same gender

Breakfast and dinner provided (whatever the family serves)

AiR rate – $161 (€140) per week* – $23 (€20) per night*.

May require use of public transportation to get to the studio, [though we will make our best effort for it to be as close as possible]

Moroccan Riad

A “riad” is a 3-4 star Bed-and-Breakfast accommodation – Blanco Riad & Riad Reducto & Dar Rehla

• Private room and bath, breakfast included, half/full-board available

• AiR rate – (single occupancy) – Blanco Riad ($350 USD per week*) & Riad Reducto ($260 USD per week*) & Dar Rehla ($240 USD per week*) for basic room [other upgraded room options available]; nightly rates available.

• Blanco Riad & Riad Reducto are 3 minutes walk from studio, right in the town center. Dar Rehla is 10 minutes walk from studio, in the ancient medina.

Hotels

3 Star Hotel - Hotel Al Mandari
